Alison (Ally) Rainey created Wine Revolution and Tasting Assembly to be the change she wanted to see: it was a rebellion against the conventional, industrialised, narrow, corporate wine that fills most of the shelves.
So, Wine Revolution supports small, artisan producers who have certified organic or biodynamic, make sustainable choices in the winery and vineyard, avoid artificial inputs, look after their ecosystems, conserve natural resources – and whose wines taste better!
It is easy to learn about the origins of most food and produce to make sustainable consumer choices – but Ally wanted to bring this choice to wine and gives you the opportunity with the Tasting Assembly mobile wine tasting classes.
Any questions or feedback? Would you like a particular varietal or producer sourced? We’d love to hear from you.
