Melbourne Metro – we deliver free of charge on orders over $120. Orders below $120 is a flat rate of $10 + GST
All other areas are subject to courier charges (with exception to Northern Territory and Tasmania where standard rates may apply).
OUR DELIVERY CARRIERS
We hand-deliver all local deliveries where possible.
We deliver via Aramax (formerly Fastway) or Transdirect partners (Couriers Please, TNT). Unfortunately at this stage, our courier partners do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes. We are not responsible nor can we guarantee delivery times.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship orders as soon as possible! Due to the current pandemic couriers are experiencing an unprecedented amount of high deliveries. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and your patience will be greatly appreciated.
Melbourne Metro, Albury, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong: 2-4 working days
Other Victoria: 3-5 working days
Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle: 3-6 working days
Other City and Regional Areas: 2-14 working days
If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by couriers, they will advise Wine Revolution, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or refund.
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you need to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do so by changing your subscription in your account. Look for the upgrade or downgrade button next to your subscription. If you have any issues just call 0407 586 281 and we’ll help you out. You can also email email@example.com, but given the need for speedy action, a call may be best and we will immediately assist you.
DRINK HAPPY POLICY
We guarantee a 100% drink happy wine policy, our curated packs are only what we would like to drink. However, we also understand that returns may happen due to bottle breakages, wines that aren’t quite right, and wines you simply did not enjoy. We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% happy with our service from ordering to taking your first sip.
If you have to return a wine please do the following:
- Breakages – take a photo and email it to us and we will immediately replace it.
- Faulty wines – email us and tell us what the fault is (so we can inform the producer).
- Not to your satisfaction wines – email us and tell us why (to help us refine our wine selection).
In all cases we are committed to ensuring you enjoy our wine, so we will be in contact to arrange a wine credit or replacement.
