2016 Freehand Semillon

Denmark is 400 km south of Perth within the Great Southern Wine Region. ‘Giving nature a freehand’ is the philosophy behind Matt Eastwell’s grape growing and winemaking. The grapes are organic and biodynamically grown without synthetic chemical, but with maximum hands-on attention, winemaking is minimal intervention and made preservative free.
|Wine||Fermented on skins to extract colour and flavour, then left to finish fermentation in barrels with zero sulphur additions. The resulting wine is textural and full of flavours of melon, stone fruit, pear and lemony acid. (Vegan-friendly)|
