WineOpen fermentation using naturally occurring yeast, about 50% unprocessed on full stems and berries giving integrated tannin profile and rich texture. 11 months French barrel maturation. Malo fermentation completed on skins prior to basket pressing. Aromas of cocoa, chocolate, light violet, blueberry, blackberry tart. Palate of juicy blackberry, ripe plum and blueberry with a structured mid palate and dark chocolate phenolics.
