WineAs a Mediterranean white variety, Verdelho is perfectly suited to the Margaret River region. It retains acid and produces wines of beautiful fruit sweetness and freshness. Grapes are hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to reduce oxidation and phenolic extraction. The wine is then settled and racked to stainless steel for ferment. Following ferment the wine is sulfured and then aged on lees for 4 - 5 months before bottling. Aromas of spiced pear, white flowers and citrus zest lead into a palate of green melon and ripe apples.
