2018 Jumpin’ Juice Winter
We’ve been following Patrick Sullivan for a few years and his natural wines that always surprise and delight. Pat’s a farmer, tending to his Strzelecki Ranges vines using organic principles along with natural winemaking: wild yeast, neutral fermentation vessels and zero or minimal sulphur. The ‘Jumpin Juice’ label is the side project using fruit that he has brought from local organic farmers, some of whom he has been working with for many years and who have converted to organic viticulture just for him. The wines are meant to be fun, a little frivolous, accessible and enjoyable.
|Wine||You’ll love this summer red. Pinot Noir, 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Pinot Gris. Red berries, fleshy, slight floral flavours with refeshing acidity. Delicious!|
