Inspired by a European ‘vineyard and surf’ van trip, Ben and Naomi Gould set about converting their ‘Wilyabrup’ vineyard to organics and biodynamics. They haven’t looked back, and now have a second vineyard ‘Quindalup’, both vineyards including winery and in-house bottling are certified organic. Biodynamic veggie gardens, beehives and free range chooks scratching around the vines all coexist to create a natural way of farming and delicious tasting wine.
|Wine||Early release style, bright young and bursting with freshness. The grapes go through 'Carbonic Maceration' inside a cement egg, which effectively ferments inside each grape until the oxygen runs out. This helps trap fresh fruity flavours and bright colours. When fermentation finishes the fruit is basket pressed and matured in oak barrels.|
