Located on the golden stretch of Seppeltsfield Road in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Whistler was established in 1999 by the Pfeiffer family, the German “Pfeiffer” translating to “Whistler” in English. The 15-hectare vineyard operates completely under organic and biodynamic practices with Josh Pfeiffer at the helm. Josh is the next generation of Whistler custodians having returned to the winery in 2013 after a five-year winemaking stint at Henschke and a further two years at Two Hands. Josh’s “Next Gen” range of wines is all about fun and drinkability. Voted one of the Dark Horses in James Halliday’s Wine Companion 2016 and Top 50 Young Guns of Wine for 2016, 2017 & 2018 as well as taking out the People’s Choice vote in each city around Australia for Game of Rhones in 2017, both Josh Pfeiffer and Whistler have fast become one of the winemakers and brands to watch.

|Wine||Skin contact white blend of Semillon, White Frontignac, Riesling, Grenache and Mataro. The white grapes are treated like red wine with 5 days on skins to extract tannins, aroma and colour. Slightly hazy from no fining - no filtration philosophy. Marmalade, orange rind and a hint of smokiness, don't drink too cold - about 12 deg! 11.4% ABV. *LIMITED*|
