RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee a 100% drink happy wine policy, our curated packs are only what we would like to drink. However, we also understand that returns may happen due to bottle breakages, wines that aren’t quite right, and wines you simply did not enjoy. We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% happy with our service from ordering to taking your first sip.

If you have need to return a wine please do the following:

  • Breakages – take a photo and email it to us and we will immediately replace.
  • Faulty wines – email us and tell what’s the fault (so we can inform the producer)
  • Not to your satisfaction wines – email us and tell us why (to help us refine our wine selection)

In all cases we are committed to ensure you drink happy, so we will be in contact to arrange an immediate credit.

UNDELIVERABLE WINES

If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the Fastway, they will advise Wine Revolution, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
